Move the signal and idle disconnections into the dispose function, as well

* gtk/gtkrecentchoosermenu.c: Move the signal and idle
disconnections into the dispose function, as well as the
object unrefs; reset every handler id and the
pointers. (suggested by Paolo Borelli, #390873)
